Q: What Sliding system options are there?

Sail can be installed using ceiling-mounted, recessed or wall-mounted rails. Ceiling systems can accommodate one, two, three or four tracks depending on the number and movement of the panels.

Fine vertical aluminium ribs give Sail its distinctive character, filtering views while still allowing light to pass between adjoining spaces. Inspired by traditional Japanese partitions, the design brings rhythm and architectural definition to a room without creating a solid visual barrier.

How much does a Rimadesio Sail sliding door cost?

Rimadesio Sail starts from £9,000 + VAT.

This guide price is based on a three-panel arrangement measuring 2400 mm high x 3000 mm wide, suspended from a three-track flush-fit ceiling rail. The example uses a Nero (black) frame and handle with transparent glass.

Specialist services and installation are additional.

The vertical arrangement of the aluminium ribs draws the eye upwards, giving the partition a strong architectural presence while emphasising the movement of the panels.

What are the panel dimensions?

Each Sail panel is made to the dimensions required for the opening, within the system limits below.

Sliding panel minimum width: 500 mm
Fixed panel minimum width: 320 mm
Maximum panel width: 1,500 mm
Maximum panel height: 2,925 mm

options are available for the Panel sizes?

Sail sliding panels are made to suit the individual opening. Panels can be specified up to 1500 mm wide and 3180 mm high. At the full 3180 mm height, maximum panel width is 1250 mm.
